Okay, so I haven't been as diligent at blogging my weight loss journey as I had hoped to be, but quite frankly, if I was getting bored with my day to day progress, I can't see anyone outside of my energy field being excited about it either. A post here and a post there later, I am back with one of my little journey's that I am pretty sure I will never do again...a Detox fast. I went the route of Simplifast, which tastes super yummy and definitely keeps you filled, but when you're a person who loves to be gnawing on something, it becomes a bit of a feat to make it through 3 days. It's an optional 1-7 day fast, but they basically break it down into 1, 3 or 7 days of fasting. You drink four of those bad boys a day and plenty of water and if you absolutely must, a nibble of fruits, OR, veggies....not both. I did slip and I gnawed, but it was still hard.
