Celebrating at Disneyland...!

I love October.  It is the home of Halloween, the beginning of Hockey, the World Series and of course, the first weekend is dedicated to Gay Days at Disneyland.  For the past few years I have had the pleasure of joining my friends and my cousin in support by wearing my red shirt, this year I strayed and went with the 'Straight but not Narrow' theme, though I am not completely sure everyone got the point.  Oh well.  Those who did yay, those who didn't, you probably didn't need to. Right? Right. I thought about documenting the weekend day by day, but pictures are generally more fun and more easier on the eyes, then a bunch of words detailing my good time, which some might find as boring as vacation slides.  Okay, usually I would over share, but today, just keepin' it simple and I decided to express what Gay Days means to me.  Then I will share some pics from the weekend. Although I can't speak for everyone at Disneyland that day, Gay Days, which i...
Though some might disagree, today's breakfast of champions was fit for a Ducks game watch party! Finally breaking the seal on the Mint Bailey's given to Laura last Christmas, I had a glass of Mint B and Milk as a breakfast chaser...a wonderful breakfast that consisted of Waffles by Jim, Cracker Barrel syrup (which I saved from my last visit there), eggs and bacon! The Ducks won in an OT shootout (phew!), and of course hanging with pals, The Smith/Anderson clan, is always a great time too..! Good times..good times!

Catching up....

Well I am a week behind on things to write about, so I will go back to next weekend later today, but for now, It is HOCKEY TIME! woo hoo!!! Yesterday the Ducks got clobbered by the Buffalo Sabres, however, in recent years the two teams seem to trade off, ie, they win, we win, they win, we win...well our last meeting, I believe we won, but the downside is, we played them on opening day for ours and their hockey season, which means we are now 0-1. If all goes well today for the Anaheim Ducks, they will be 1-1, which would be an okay record to come back to the states with.  Perhaps Santa didn't like them eating his Reindeer while in Finland?? Don't know, can't say, but it's a good theory. Or maybe doing the sauna to the cold ocean thing froze up some important mojo to get moving on the ice? Don't know, can't say, but a decent theory.  Either way, the teams needs to step it up today as they take on the New York Rangers in Sweden.  The top line needs to find their ...
